During this annual time of Fasting & Prayer, we as a Church are setting aside something to bring our flesh into subjection to our Spirit. In other words we are removing the satisfaction of the flesh in order to hear from and satisfy God. Ask the Lord what He would have you give up during this time--consult your physician if neccessary. If you set your heart to find the heart of God, He will reveal His heart to you,... and it all starts today!
